MEMBRANE COVER ORDER AND DELIVERY GUIDE

1- There may be problems such as color tone not matching in orders placed in different batches. Our company is not responsible for the tonal difference in your continuation orders given in different lots.

2- If you are receiving your caps by cargo, when you receive the caps from the cargo, check whether your caps are intact before signing the delivery receipt. If there is any damage to the parcels, keep a record of your cargo and fax a sample to us. If there is damage in the cargo and a report is not kept, our company will not bear the cost of this damage.

3- If you are receiving your products with our vehicles belonging to our company, please make sure to sign the delivery receipt after checking whether your doors and covers are damaged and the number of door covers. After signing the delivery receipt, our company is not responsible for repair or replacement costs caused by problems such as missing cover or damaged cover.

4- If there is any damage or error caused by our company on your covers and doors, you should return to our company within 1 week at the latest. Our company will not bear the cost that will occur due to your error and damage complaints exceeding 1 week.

5- Your membrane-printed glossy PVC-coated lids, which are produced, may fade in PVC colors due to negative factors such as the chemicals used in cleaning – sunlight – lack of oxygen in the closed place. Your pvc lids should be protected against these negative factors.

6- In order for your orders to be registered to our company, please send your orders from the automation, in writing, by fax or by mail. Do not place your orders over the phone, our company is not responsible for errors in orders received by phone. After the order is received, check and confirm it in terms of measurement and unit price from the automation or the confirmation order form sent by our company. Orders that are not confirmed will not be processed.
